Frequently asked questions

What ID do I need for Vodbull at Snobs?

Priority is given to local university students (UoB, Aston, UCB, BCU, Newman) with a valid university card, plus proof-of-age photo ID such as a passport or driving licence. Entry is not guaranteed and may be refused without reason.

What ticket do I need for Vodbull at Snobs?

Local university students need a ticket for their own university, while anyone from another university or a non-student guest must buy an Out of Town Uni or Non-Student Guest ticket. You must have the correct ID for your ticket type or it will not be valid.

Can I buy a ticket on the door?

There are usually 200 spaces on the door from 11pm, though priority is given to local universities, especially when events are close to selling out.

What is the admission policy for regular student events?

Admission requires a valid university or student card plus proof-of-age photo ID. Cardholders may bring one guest with photo ID, and tickets are only guaranteed until 1am.

What is the admission policy for non-student events?

Admission requires valid proof-of-age photo ID only, with guest list places guaranteed until 1am.

I've lost my ID - what should I do?

If you've lost your student ID, email info@vodbull.com from your university email account to arrange entry. Lost proof-of-age ID is a venue licensing issue, so contact the venue directly.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are generally non-refundable, though resale at face value is permitted. Refunds are only given if an event is postponed or cancelled.

Where can I get tickets from?

Tickets are available online at vodbull.com and fatsoma.com, from Vodshop on Bristol Road, Selly Oak, and through selected university networkers.

What time is the door open until?

Door times vary by event: Vodbull at Snobs runs 11pm-2am, Bullionaire at Rosies 11pm-2.30am, BuzzBull at Rosies 10pm-2am, and all other events 10pm-1am.

What is the dress code?

Dress is casual and relaxed, though caps, tracksuits and man bags aren't allowed unless for fancy dress. Fancy dress is encouraged, with prizes for extra effort.

I'd like to organise a party - what do I do?

You can make a provisional booking via the Make a Booking button, or email bookings@vodbull.com with your party name, guest numbers and any special requests.
